The language used by the law commission in their statutes is so far from normal English that it has even been given a name of its own: Legalese. legalese_language_definition_400

The definition to the right is from http://www.yourdictionary.com/legalese. Abstruse means: not easy to understand; recondite; esoteric [from Latin abstrÅ«sus thrust away, concealed, from abs- ab-¹ + trÅ«dere to thrust].

The common man cannot read this language. It is for the sole purpose of confusing and hence controlling him.

If you are entering into the jurisdiction of the courts by submission or under-standing, then you give up any rights and claims unless specifically reserved. If you have submitted or under-stood (stood under) their jurisdiction then you have no standing to argue about the existence of the 'Strawman' as you are under the rules of their game. You cannot enter their game and then argue about their rules once you have already submitted and under-stood them.

You may like to ask the court to prove it is a true jurisdiction by questioning the flag it uses to herald jurisdiction. This must be done correctly however.

All who make application and comply with the court submit to their rules by consent approving their need to go to the court as a decision of accepting the jurisdiction. When one challenges their basis of authority being the 1902 flag and they do not respond, then you have learnt exactly how to exempt ourselves from the jurisdiction of the judiciary - courts system.

Just as each United States born citizen - property - baby carries their share of "The National Debt" so does each and every baby birth certificated property issued by the bankrupt corporation also known as THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT or Her Majesty the Queen in Right of New Zealand, registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

When we all properly understand - comprehend exactly how our NEW ZEALAND Legal Tender Currency is derived we are then more compelled to learn exactly how to exempt ourselves from the jurisdiction of the judiciary - courts system.

The Judiciary is the weakest link in this the whole human construct - false reality - fiction we all endure.

1) PERSON is defined as HUMAN BEING.

2) HUMAN BEING is undefined, but points to MONSTER. (Ballentine's Law Dictionary 1930)

3) MONSTER is defined as being human by birth, but in some part resembling a lower animal. A monster hath no inheritable blood, and cannot be heir to any land. (Ballentine's Law Dictionary 1930)

Could this mean that a PERSON, being a HUMAN BEING, has some relationship with MONSTER. Could the intent be to define anything referenced as PERSON to be that which has some resemblance with a lower animal (man as person), yet without the ability to inherit or be heir?

Usage Note: Many of us think of Ms. Or Ms as a fairly recent invention of the women's movement, but in fact the term was first suggested as a convenience to writers of business letters by such publications as the Bulletin of the American Business Writing Association (1951) and The Simplified Letter, issued by the National Office Management Association (1952). Ms. Is now widely used in both professional and social contexts. As a courtesy title Ms. Serves exactly the same function that Mr. Does for men, and like Mr. It may be used with a last name alone or with a full name. Furthermore, Ms. Is correct regardless of a woman's marital status, thus relegating that information to the realm of private life, where many feel it belongs anyway. Some women prefer Miss or Mrs., however, and courtesy requires that their wishes be respected.

The navy/military are also into forced courtesy - meaning you have no choice whether to use titles or not - it has to be done under orders. If it was just a courtesy to use titles, most of us would not feel so insecure as to have to add that when communicating with another.

Use of title indicates inequality or being subordinate to another. E.g. A commanding officer on a ship to an inferior officer under the jurisdiction of that ship. The natural person name may be used with the use of title (e.g. Mr/Ms) in front of the name which alters the status again and since statutory law uses maritime/admiralty law and this sneaky little use of title may affect all rights. From what I have noticed in court cases and with court officials they verbally use "Mr" and "Ms", etc. in just about every sentence they say, so for someone to answer to Mr or Ms to anyone using statutory law, it would mean that there is an acceptance of being subordinate, under, standing under. When "applying" for a bank account or a tax number or to register something, it is now impossible to do it without providing a title and agreeing that the use of that title is true, so they will not accept a true status such as King or Queen of your own sovereign state for example, only where it might be considered to rank within their society, as someone subordinate - lesser in the order, under their orders, obligated to obey.

True justice is not something you'll find happening in a court room. If you are trying not to be identified as the "ACCUSED", "DEFENDENT". RESPONDENT" or simililar, and you know not to identify yourself as any of those entities, you will most likely be threatened and intimidated with arrest - however, do not contract with any officers of the court. The predicament will only be worse. ACTS OF PARLIAMENT CAN ONLY BE ENFORCED WITH CONSENT. DO NOT GIVE CONSENT TO COMMERICAL COURTS. Lawyers also swear an oath to uphold the law according to the legal society, so do not expect any of them to help you in legal matters.

The courts only allegience is to a Parliament who has formed itself based on manipultion and fraud and the FORCE of law (not valid law). Many people are finding out now that this system is corrupt. It must be one of the most complained about institutions of our time, but often people are not getting past the complaining stage and doing anything about it for themselves or the next generations coming along. Government after government come and go, making promises that rarely get delivered. They all serve the same master (banking cartels). They are bound by their own acts, statutes, rules and regulations that have taken the place of basic human rights, and sunken people deeper and deeper into oppression and slavery into a draining system. Acts and statutes are growing like cancer - a cancer of society. They are negatively affecting peoples health, leading to death, suicide and broken hearts (men and womens hearts failing them for fear and the absence of love). You do have waived your rights by consenting to statutory law.

All those assuming judicial authority have to swear an oath or attestation to serve the Queen, that they will act fairly and impartially, and do right to the people after the laws of New Zealand (generally speaking). Laws of the Common Wealth under the reign of the Queen include Common Law. The courts have no authority to enforce commercial (statutory) law (which is actually law of the sea - study Maritime/Admiralty Law for more info) unless you consent. Judges are obliged to honour their oath when it is requested and produce evidence of their oath on demand. If they refuse they dishonour the Queen and their oath to uphold the law of the LAND and of those who have sought to uphold and preserve the law of the land, and customs and traditions of the country.

Common Law jurisdiction has to be claimed and statutory courts hate this. Truth, integrity and honour are a huge threat to them, yet they put out an image to groggy unaffected middle and upper class citizens that court is a place of truth, integrity and honour. To have the misfortune to end up in court means you have to be sharp and not stand up when a magistrate enters the room when that magistrate is representing statutory law. Do not obey the magistrate or you give away Common Law Jurisdiction. They will try every trick in the book to get you to waive your rights. Judges do not honour their oath because they are there purely for issuing summary judgment for profit. It is known to some that summary judgements are prepared even before the court case begins, which basically means that no one wins in a statutory court, except the bankers, the global elite who are breaking the maxim of law that all people are equal under law, and many, many more maxims of law.

Courts and injustice bleeding the public of life force One of the tactics of court officers is enforcing that results and experiences about hearings are not allowed to be published unless it is for their own purposes. Abusers thrive on committing further abusive acts by suppressing and silencing victims, just as courts do. This keeps all their misbehaviour unknown about by the general public. In the experiences of our people, the person who gets duped into identifying themselves as someone other than their natural man or woman is made to look like a culprit when all that the courts are trying to do is extort more money for fraudulent use. The reports by the judge have missed out vital pieces of information so they can grab money by any means. The legalese language is so distorted and twisted that only a legal expert will really understand what it means. The legal system was created by a legal society - perhaps they should also be the only beneficiaries of their own system so they can go around prosecuting each other until they give up that tired game.

As cameras and recording instruments are banned from courts and only available to court staff, this protects their misbehaviour. It is time for this misbehaviour to be exposed! Claim your right to record court proceedings and expose them.

It is only those who have been involved with courts that have first hand knowledge of just how fraudulent, corrupt, dishonest and abusive the court system is. Have no part in it. If you realise yourself as the divine and loving man or woman you are ... this is no place for you. No one wins in court except for the law society. There are other more respectful and just ways to resolve the actual crime that involves a victim.

There has to be a lot of fear involved to go to such measures to hide this scheme. Long live the good! May it all be exposed and true justice be weighed and measured in the scales of judgement (you won't find those ones in court).

In a world without competition for money where the only law the people need to abide by to create harmonious living is, "to not infringe upon the rights, life, liberty, or property of another living soul," people will feel far more respected, have a greater sense of belonging and common good towards one another, and be more certain about who they really are - 100% valuable and valued! There is no need to defend or justify oneself or account for money and things.

We need to find our own way out of this system, take responsibility, really know who we are and stand by it. Fears need to be healed so that we do not give into the dark forces of these systems and do not buy into supporting "legal" crime.
